Returns & Exchanges

At Trunki 🤩, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
